From the series No Matter What Comes Through Those Doors
The disciples struggled to understand Jesus for most of His ministry. At the end of Jesus’ Farewell Sermon they finally get it. Jesus came from God! It took about three years for what Jesus had been saying all along to click because the disciples couldn’t take Jesus’ words at face value. Sometimes we have to trust what Jesus says and not let our questions get in the way. There’s a lot we don’t know or understand, but we know the One who knows everything. No matter what comes through those doors we will fully trust what Jesus says because He is the One who overcame the world.
