The book of John reveals that Jesus brings light into a world of darkness, and that this light can never be taken away. The light of Christ has the ability to illuminate everything in this world, turning the darkest of situations into the radiance of His beauty. Jesus’ light transforms the world, making all things bright and beautiful, all things new and wonderful. We, like John, are reminded in the Christmas season, to live as witnesses to the light- showing the world the transforming power and beauty of Jesus.
