The Spirit leads Philip into an unknown situation where he meets someone who is interested in God, but there are obstacles in his way. With intentional questions, Philip identifies the obstacle standing between this man and faith, and then removes the obstacle with no excuses, using the limited resources available to him- his presence, his Hope in Jesus, and his unique surroundings.
