Carpool lanes are the fastest way to get somewhere as long as you have someone else in the car. TheHoly Spirit is meant to help us find our way. Unfortunately, just like we cheat the carpool lane, wecheat the Holy Spirit. Rather than turning to Him we find substitutes for His presence and power.
